Ryan was timely and professional. Completed all the requested tasks: fixed gutters, rebuild/repair deck stairs, fix and put on bi-fold closet doors, and fix cabinet doors. Ryan was extremely economical and wise and creative to save costs. We appreciate his help and work.

Ryan at Fair and Square Repair is absolutely fantastic at what he does and has a friendly way. Organized, efficient, thoughtful about his work. Extremely professional. You can just see the professionalism with how he manages his truck (very neat/efficient). He worked on wall hangings, repairs, shelving, removal of a satellite dish/wires, fencing, and sealing for us so far. We plan to use Fair and Square consistently as the value for money is huge.

Ryan came to our condo again for home more maintenance repairs. The shower was in super desperate need of some TLC and he made it look brand new. He worked extremely hard and got the job done. I am super happy and will most definitely use his services again!!

I have used Fair and Square Repair for multiple projects around my house. One of my first projects was a closet remodel. This closet is one that is used most in my house right off my kitchen. I don't have a pantry in my kitchen so I really needed to better utilize my space for some of my larger kitchen appliances such as an air fryer, instant pot, kitchenaide mixer, etc along with shoes and coats. Fair and Square helped me utilize every square inch of this closet with sturdy shelving, strategically customizing the distance between the shelves to accommodate all my different sized objects. He also created a coat rack that my kids could access for their coats. Finally my kitchen broom and mop all fit with no problem. Only thing I regret with this project is that I didn't do it a long time ago! Ryan did an amazing job and it far exceeded my expectations!
Other miscellaneous jobs I've had Fair and Square Repair do: hanging a sliding barn door in a bedroom, anchoring a mirror, hang shelving, and he has even helped with replacing a dead battery in my car when I was in a pinch. I believe what sets Ryan apart from other repair services I've used is his ability to think outside of the box and be creative. I have an old Honda lawn mower that needed replacement parts of which were almost the cost of the lawn mower itself. When I took it in to the dealer they told me it could not be fixed. The problem was with the handlebars, they were broken in a few areas and loose. I had Ryan take a look at it and within minutes he had a creative idea. He ran to the hardware store to pick up parts, came back and had the lawn mower handle bars fixed within 15 minutes. I was literally going to throw the lawn mower out but thanks to Ryan it is as good as new.
Since then he changed my motorcycle tires and tuned it up with a safety check. He remodeled my entrance closet and a number or other odds and end repairs and designs
Good technical skills needed to be quality repairman in my eyes. Ryan not only fulfills this requirement, but he is also very creative and takes a lot of pride in his work. -

Ryan is the best! We’ve been working on our home so have dealt with lots of contractors and handymen in the past few months and Ryan is by far the most professional, detail oriented, hard working and clean! We initially hired him to fix a very large hole in our drywall and he did a perfect job in record speed, we were so impressed with his professionalism that we hired him again and were happy to wait a few weeks before he could return to install our sump pump battery backup, fix our bathroom vents, install and correct the hanging of doors and closet doors. We wanted him to cut some holes in our shower surround that we’re installing ourselves and he was honest that he didn’t feel comfortable doing it at the risk of cracking the material, but was happy to lend us the tools to do it ourselves, which we did! He tries to buy all necessary supplies he needs before he shows up so you’re not paying him for running to get stuff, and he provides receipts for supplies and doesn’t upcharge them. He will be our go to handyman for years to come! You really get your money’s worth with him. So happy to have found him.

I hired Ryan to repair the concrete steps to our house and cracks in the driveway. He completed the two projects without delay and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Ryan for his professionalism, efficient use of time on the job and fair pricing. -
